More Than Just a Car
Cars are highly planned and controlled pieces of machinery and the process of the car working is highly intentional. That idea started to stick with me, because how cars operate is almost the exact opposite to how I used to think. It was reactive, I moved based on comfort, avoided risk, and didn’t question why I did what I did. But now with the last eight weeks in my back pocket I'm finding it easier to be a lot more intentional in my life just like a BMW. I've always admired the level of detail and efficency cars have and I am really starting to see that the concepts used in a cars operation are much more common in everyday life than I would have thought. Over the past few weeks I've gotten to know the system a whole lot better and how to tune and modify it.
Under the Hood: How I Tuned my Thinking
I used to think growth was about having the right answers. Now I know it’s about how you think. This page breaks down, and illustrates the parts that shaped that change in mindset.
I plan to operate like a car and become a highly efficient, reliable machine in the coming weeks to be the most help I can to my teammates and to myself. I also am sure to keep this process throughout my time here at Miami. With this new system in mind I am hoping to evolve my skill set and become the best version of myself.
